The Avocado Lovefest continues…
As I continue with my avocado & jalapeno craze this season, I will share recipes/information with you.
Avocados: They are GOOD FATS (Is that possible?) A whole avocado has 30 grams of fat, but 2/3 is healthy monounsaturated fat, which helps lower bad cholesterol and boost good cholesterol. Can you believe this shake has 1/2 avocado in it, with strawberries, blueberries and my vegetable protein powder. SUPER YUMMY and my son will drink it….BINGO!
